SASKIA LENAERTS is a London-based fashion designer and researcher whose practice transforms garments shaped by conflict into items of care, meaning, and cultural agency, developing collections that repurpose military and surplus uniforms through collaborative making. Through her studio SASKIA.world and social enterprise Rapprochement, she reimagines fashion as a system of connection — where sustainability is transnational, beauty is political, and design becomes a vehicle for ethical repair. Her work positions craft and luxury as tools for resistance and renewed human value.
She holds a Master’s degree from Central Saint Martins and works across all areas of fashion, including accessories and footwear, as well as in education
